Your takedown notice must include:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • A description of the content on the Platform you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it (e.g., gallery URL).
  • Your contact information (name, email, mailing address, phone number).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing content. The account holder will be notified. Repeated infringement will result in account termination.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed due to a mistaken or misidentified claim, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@filmroll.com with the required statutory information. Content may be restored after the applicable waiting period if no court action is filed by the complainant.
